New Audits Listing and Overview

Note: This will become the default experience on October 25, 2026.

Overview

The new Audits listing is one page for every audit in an organization and the work inside them. The top of the page summarizes a company's audit progress: how many audits are in each status, how many requests and issues are open, who is carrying the work and what is overdue. The bottom lets you drill into any audit, or look across all requests, assessments and issues at once, without opening audits one by one.

The way to access Audits is the same as before: in the Left-Hand Navigation (LHN), click on the Compliance dropdown (Arrow 1) then click on Audits (Arrow 2).

Note: The LHN is fully customizable by system administrators. Users should contact their company system administrators if they cannot locate Audits and their LHN looks different from the one above.

What is on the page

Summary Cards

The cards across the top give you the state of the program at a glance.

  • Audits by Status: the number of audits that are in progress, completed and in draft. This is shown both at the top of the page (Box A) and in the Audits section (Box B)

  • Open requests and issues (Box C): the totals across all audits. Overdue work is shown in red text, so late items stand out

  • Team workload (Box D): for each person, how much work is done and how much is overdue. Use the switch on the card to see requests or assessments (Box E)

Audit Object Table

Below the Summary Cards is the Audit Object Table. The table view and filters available are dependent upon which of the four Object tabs are selected: Audit, Requests, Assessments, and Issues (Box A)

Note: the Requests, Assessments and Issues tabs list items from every audit, so users can work by status instead of by audit. Status filters can also vary based on whether administrators build custom status workflows.

Using the New Audit Management View

The new Audit Management View maintains user ability to dive deep into the status of each individual audit, though it adds flexibility to also analyze the Requests, Assessments, Issues and Workloads across all audits.

Filtering the Audit Object Table

Each Summary Card allows for users to filter the Audit Object Table:

  1. Click on the bar for a team member in the Team Workload card to view objects assigned to a specific team member (Arrow 1). In the example below, clicking on the Overdue Requests bar for Megan Taylor updates the Audit Object Table to show all requests assigned to Megan across all audits.

  2. Click on the Issues card to update the Audit Object Table to show all Issues across all Audits (Arrow 2)

  3. Click on Assessments (Arrow 3a), then select the Open chip (Arrow 3b) to filter the Audit Object Table to show all Open Assessments across all Audits

  4. Click on Filters to open a window that allows for more complex filters to be applied to the Audit Object Table (Arrow 4)

Update an Object without leaving the Audit Management View

  1. Select a row to open it in a pop-up (Arrow 1)

  2. You can review the record and update it there, then close the pop-up and stay where you were in the Audit Management View. To open the full page for the record, use the open-full-page shortcut in the pop-up (Arrow 2).

Note: Changes save automatically when updating a record in the pop-up view

Create an audit

Select New audit in the page header to start the Audit Setup Wizard.

Export

Select Export in the header to export the audits in the current view. The export follows the status chip and search you have applied.

What is different from the classic audits list

  • The page shows program-level totals, workload and overdue counts; the classic list was only a list of audits

  • Requests, assessments and issues from all audits are available on this page in their own tabs

  • Older audit links, such as audit report links, redirect to the new page

  • Filters and counts can be reached by link, so you can share a filtered view with a colleague.

Questions and troubleshooting

Question

Answer

I cannot see an audit that a colleague mentioned.

You see the audits you have access to. Ask the audit manager or an administrator to give you access to the audit.

The numbers on the cards are different from the rows in the table.

The cards summarize the whole program, while the table follows the tab, status chip, search and filters you have applied. Clear the filters to compare them.

A column I use is missing.

Use the column picker to show it. Columns on this page are saved separately from the classic list, so you may need to set them again.

Where did the classic audits list go?

The Audits listing replaces it. Existing links redirect.

I filtered the Audits tab, but the cards did not change.

Cards and the Requests, Assessments and Issues tabs reflect the whole program. Use the card segments and workload bars to narrow them.
